You are invited to share photos with the rest of the visitors and it is easy as 1,2,3:

• Register with an online photo hosting site. Examples include: dotPhoto.com (Free), photobucket.com (Free), andale.com (Pay).
  
• Upload your photo to receive a link via their site.
  
• In your post, click on the Img button then add your link and click the Img button again. The result should look like this:
